What do you want
I've been asking myself that question recently.
Yesterday, in a clothing store, I was browsing for nice, warm jackets.
Then like a wild pokemon, my self talk jumped out at me. I was talking myself out of looking at jackets because in the past, it would have been a really significant purchase for me.
But it's not anymore. Life has changed.
It's interesting to notice how beliefs can be sticky while life changes.
Time to get that jacket.
